b2Active Motion Physical Therapy offers treatment for  sports injuries, back and neck pain, total joint replacement and other joint injuries.  We also offer treatment for  adult neurological  conditions such as stroke and MS.  We provide treatments including supervised theraputic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, mechanical traction and electrical stimulation, sound and light therapy. We are members of the American Physical Therapy Association and Participating members of the Hospital for Special Surgery Rehabilitation Network. We also offer acupuncture and massage.
